| Mass emails can be sent out from the system a variety of ways. First, you can generate mass email lists, and send them out to members, age groups, divisions, by registration product or by volunteer activity. You can also do a search on any of the software's search screens, multi select several records, and send an email out to the selected contacts.
For volunteer 'events' that are setup in the system, a confirmation email is automatically sent out reminding them of the event and asking them to confirm their attendance.
