| SportzSoft Admin allows administrators to manage seasons for each program (ie: sport programs or activities). Seasons settings allow administrators to specify:
- start and end dates
- participant birth dates for each age group
- age group divisions (ie: U12 Soccer - Competitive, U12 Soccer - Recreational)
- age group coordinators (assigned to each age group so they have special access to information about this age group and the teams in this age group)
- volunteer rules in terms of points required per registration
Additional settings can be made to all divisions for scheduling such as number of home and away games, and whether the schedule is ready to be displayed on the public website.
