| Each registration product that you setup in the system can have its own 'effective date', 'cut off date' and 'expiry date'.
'Effective dates' allow administrators to setup their registration products in advance, and then have them become 'effective' at a later date when they open up registration to their membership. For example, an administrator may configure a product in December but not want to open up registration until January, so products are setup with effective dates in January.
'Cut off' dates can be set on a registration product if you want to close registrations for a particular product. By setting a 'cut off' purchase date, the product will no longer be available for registration. This allows further control over which how and when products are made available for online registration.
'Expiry dates' can be set on a product so that the product automatically becomes 'inactive' on a certain date.
